Working with operators

Our intention is to provide operators with a straightforward process to fulfil quotas for new bed requirements.

Initial engagement for target locations

Our team of land agents will locate suitable land parcels based on your specific geographic requirements, and any key requests such as land size, proximity to town centres / residential conurbations, roadside visibility etc. We will also utilise our proprietary software and leading Proptech platforms to offer data analysis for more informed decision making.

Site selection

Match our clients requirements with a project harmonious to all the required technical details, such as micro-location and planning potential.

Contract Conditionally To Acquire The Land

Design and planning

Our design and planning team will create a bespoke project befitting to your requirements, which will include adherence to most recent building regulations and code, latest legislation and guidance from the CQC, ensuring that the project will be able to obtain the relevant planning permissions.

Delivery

Execute the delivery of the project, turnkey to requirements.
